Questions About the Self-Serve Laundromat:
What are your hours?
We are open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m 7 days a week, with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Our last wash is at 8 p.m.
Are you attended?
Yes, we are fully attended.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we are in a small strip center that has a parking lot. We will soon also have a designated parking space right in front of the laundromat for the convenience of our drop-off wash, dry & fold customers.
Do you have large machines?
We have eight 62-pound machines which is like using six top loaders!
Do you have any specials?
Yes we have two specials.
If you come in Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m. or from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesdays, we have reduced pricing! Please click here for more information.
Also, if you spend $20 on our ESD card, you will receive a bonus of $5. Note that this applies to cash purchases only.
Questions About Wash & Fold:
Is there a minimum order?
There is a $10 minimum for wash and fold service and a $12.50 minimum for same-day service.
Can I get my clothes done the same day?
Yes. There is a 25 cent per pound additional charge for same day service. *Subject to availability.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we have parking and we will soon have a designated spot if you are just running in to drop off clothes.
What kind of detergent do you use?
We use a high-grade commercial detergent. If you'd like us to use something else, just bring it in with your clothes.
Questions About Pickup and Delivery:
Is there a minimum order?
There is a $20 minimum for pickup and delivery service.
Is there a charge for pickup and delivery?
No, it is included in the price of your laundry. We charge $1.50 a pound with a $20 minimum order.
What days do you pickup and deliver?
We pickup and deliver 3 or more days a week. You will see the available times when scheduling a pickup online, or feel free to call us at (201) 712-0120 and we will let you know our availability.
What if I can't be home?
Just let us know where you will leave the clothes. The porch, the backyard, in the garage, behind the gate, or with the apartment manager are common choices.
What is the turnaround time?
Your clothes will be returned on the next delivery day. You will be able to see the availability for both pickup and delivery on the calendar when scheduling the pickup.
